This is a wonderful book showcasing just some of the different kinds of loving families children can belong to. The scene is set in this storybook when a teacher asks the children in her class to think about what makes their families special, the answers are all different in many ways -- but the same in the one way that matters most of all. One child is raised by a grandmother, another has two dads while one girl spends half her time with mum and the other half with dad. One is full of step siblings another has a new baby and one child is adored by her foster mother. Be warned, this book may it may give you a chin wobble!
