Delivery & Returns
In stock items are usually dispatched within 24 hours. Your item(s) may be sent in separate parcels, and delivery should take 1-4 working days to arrive. Delivery is via Royal Mail 1st class post, Monday to Friday. We don't deliver on Saturdays or on public holidays.
Delivery charges are based on the parcel weight and size an shipping costs are calculated at check out. For some heavy parcels the delivery charge will increase and may be delivered via courier within 2-4 working days at a cost of £9.99.

Returns & Exchanges
We really hope you love your items as much as we do but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please ensure the item is as new and in the original packaging. Products purchased as gifts can be refunded to the original purchaser; alternatively we can provide a credit note to the gift recipient. Gift exchanges will show on the order records of the original purchaser. Please include a delivery address for us to dispatch exchanged products to.
Please note that all items returned to us are at your own risk and expense, so please use a recorded delivery service and keep hold of your proof of postage until we have sent an email confirming that the goods have been received.

We make every effort to ensure your items are well packed but sometimes damages can happen during transit. If this has happened just email a picture of the damaged item to email@example.com within 7 days of receipt (please include your order number) and we will happily send a replacement where possible and cover the cost of posting the new item out and sending back the damaged one too.
If the item is no longer available we’ll issue a full refund.
